We’ll email you to collect your logo, photos, offer, and anything else we need for your ad.

Review Your Proof

We'll create or refine your advertisement and send you a proof to review and approve before printing.

Print & Mail

Once the edition is complete and advertisements are approved, we handle printing, postage, and USPS delivery.

One Business Per Category

Each Norwalk Spotlight edition is limited to one participating business per industry category.

Once a category is reserved for an edition, we won't place a direct competitor from that same category on that mailing.

Categories are reviewed individually to determine appropriate exclusivity.

How does industry exclusivity work?

Each edition is limited to one business per business type. You pick your type when you reserve, and once it’s taken, no direct competitor can reserve that type for the same mailing.

Yes. Professional ad design is included with your placement. We can create an advertisement using your business information, logo, images, offer, and preferred direction.

Yes. If you already have finished artwork, we can review it for the required size and print specifications before production.

Your placement includes your advertising space, professional design assistance, proof review, full-color printing, postage, and USPS delivery as part of the Norwalk Spotlight mailing.

No. Participation is by edition. Reserving space in one mailing does not obligate you to participate in future editions.

The first Norwalk Spotlight edition is planned for approximately 2,500 Norwalk households and will be delivered through USPS.

You’ll get a confirmation email right away. Then we’ll reach out for your logo, photos, and offer, design your ad, and send you a proof to approve before anything is printed.

Each edition needs enough participating businesses to go to print. If an edition doesn’t fill, we’ll contact you before anything is printed. You can choose a full refund, or move your placement to the next edition.
